Our sorrows and wounds are healed only when we touch them with compassion.

What to bring
Attire: We ask that individuals please wear white clothing for the ceremonies, this honours the deep healing process under which we are to partake. In the warmer weather a white t-shirt and shorts, skirt, leggings etc will suffice. For colder weather we suggest you also bring extra white layers.
Water container – please bring a refillable container. Normal screw top plastic bottles are not ideal as they can get knocked over. A suggestion is a non-drip sports bottle.

Please note metal drinking bottles are not permitted in the ceremonial space.
Note book and pen – it is often a good idea to write down the experience after ceremony before the insights you gained slip away.
Swimwear and towel – the pool and the connection to water is a wonderful way to rejuvenate. You will also need a towel if you want to take a shower.
Flips flops or slip on shoes as this makes it very easy for entering and exiting the ceremonial space which is a shoeless zone.
Optional trainers or walking shoes – the villa is situated in the hills and there are some nice walks if you feel like connecting to nature.
A still mind -Attending a ceremony can make one feel anxious and nervous. This is normal and to be expected. Aim to connect with your breath as much as possible and remind yourself that although the healing process can be challenging the other side is nothing but lightness and wellbeing.
Gratitude is one of the sweet shortcuts to finding peace of mind and happiness inside. No matter what is going on outside of us, there is always something we could be grateful for.

Travelling - How to get here
Arrival
-
We request all participants arrive in the afternoon of the first ceremony evening which is usually a Friday. We ask that everyone arrives between 5.00 pm and 6.00 pm (flights permitting). This gives time for you to settle in, check in with the organisers and to ask any questions that you may have.
-
For people travelling from outside Ibiza - All flights come into the one Ibiza airport.
-
We will require your flight details as soon as you have booked your flights. Taxi's from the airport cost between 40 and 60 euros, we will need to send you a location pin prior to your arrival so please ensure we have your mobile number. You will need to book a taxi for departure on the Sunday. This can be done from the venue.
-
For those already on the island we will send you a Pin location and directions by WhatsApp. Please ensure we have your phone number.
-
We remind you that the healing is over several days and the full ceremony is split across two nights. Agreeing to attend acknowledges this, we do not offer single night participation.
Departure
-
We ask that all participants are ready to leave by 4.00 pm on the final day, usually a Sunday.
-
Transport to the airport is by local taxi service. Please note that this costs an additional 50/60 euros. We advise sharing wherever possible.
For those who may be staying on longer on the island or even coming before the ceremony we can make alternative pick up times via a local taxi company at your own cost. Please note though that we are unable to host people for any additional nights outside of the ceremony dates however should you wish to remain longer on the island we do recommend Ibiza Yoga which is near by and provides simple and affordable accommodation. www.ibizayoga.com

Please note we will send out an email one week prior to the ceremony with further information.
Mobile Phones
Mobiles can often seem like a lifeline these days with them hosting a large section of our life and our communication to others. They, though, also offer a massive distraction from feeling what is going on inside us and connection to our healing process.
We therefore ask that during the weekend that people avoid using their mobiles from the arrival until the morning of departure. We request that you trust us in that your inward work will be far more concentrated and successful if you switch off the digital input for a few days. Give yourself the space to reflect, contemplate, discuss, swim, walk and to just be still with likeminded people over the weekend. Sometimes the biggest insights come to light in between ceremonies and these arise amongst moments of stillness or whilst sharing your experiences with others.
Inform friends, family and loved ones before that you will not be in communication for a few days and that the silence is part of your healing and personal journey. They should understand.
